This seminar provides an immersive, hands-on exploration of artificial intelligence applications in music and sound creation, emphasizing practical skills, creative strategies, and critical reflection. Over the course of 13 sessions, students engage with a diverse array of AI modalities and tools, developing practical skills and creative strategies for integrating these technologies into music and sound production. The course is designed to be accessible and valuable for students from any background, whether they have prior experience or are completely new to the field.


The curriculum covers a comprehensive range of AI techniques, including MIDI composition, neural audio synthesis, custom model training, text to audio synthesis and AI integration within digital audio workstations (DAWs). No prior knowledge of these technologies is required, as the course provides a thorough grounding in each area.
