The lecture is part of several modules for B.Sc. Biotechnology and for M.Sc. Biological Chemistry.
The lecture gives a survey of fundamental modern genetics. It is based on actual textbooks supplemented by presentations of methods and phenomena predominantly chosen from genetic research with microorganisms.
