Biomolecules such as proteins perform various important tasks in the human body. Detailed research into these molecules allows us not only to understand processes in the body but also to develop active agents against diseases. In addition to the study of biomolecules in the laboratory, the simulation of biomolecules has also become an important leg of drug discovery in the last decades. In this course, students will learn appropriate modeling based on the underlying physics of biomolecules and address the resulting challenges for simulation.
