In this module, students will work on a practical project of limited size. For this purpose, a software component related to a given topic is specified, implemented, tested and documented. The topics provided vary from semester to semester, and allow exploring new and emerging technologies of one or more of the following fields:
- Semantic Web, Linked Data and Knowledge Graphs
- Data Management and Data Infrastructures
- Quality of Data and FAIRness of Data
- Language Models, Natural Language Processing
- Information Extraction, Text Summarization, Question Answering, Recommendation
