This seminar is designed to understand the impact of institutions on economic performance and the channels through which the institutional impact unfolds. By exploring and debating the key themes of i) Democracy, Rights, Education & Inequality, ii) Central Banks and Monetary Policy, iii) Fiscal Policy and Public Finance, and iv) Institutional Frameworks in Global Trade, under both theoretical and empirical scopes, participants will gain comprehensive insights into the relationships between institutions and economic outcomes.
