Meetings
First meeting on October 30 for general discussion.
Please Bring Please be sure to bring some paper and pens or pencils for working on problems. Please also be sure to bring the textbook in some form (just the relevant chapter).
Official meetings: Thursdays TBD (probably around 11:00-14:00 or 16:00-17:00)
Unofficial meetings: Mondays 13:00-14:00 MAR4.033 (will be skipped a couple times)
Credit
Credit will be determined by one solo problem every Monday. One must get at least 50% of these correct to get credit.
Format
Thursdays I will present some new material. The rest of the time will be spent doing exercises and presenting solutions. I have a pretty extensive list of exercises for which I have written solutions.
