EMNET as purpose-driven project
The project aims to empower and support female students at the AAU in logistics to obtain higher qualifications, shape their careers to enter the job market. Additionally, we aim to help close the current research gap on the implementation of the circular economy in logistics in sub-Saharan Africa, especially in Ethiopia. For this, we will realize in the Winter Semester 25/26 with the Co-Working Seminar.
The seminar
In the co-working seminar, eight students from TU Berlin will work together with 8 students from Addis Ababa University in groups on aspects of Ethiopia's circular economy: Three case studies, in a intercultural group work. Both locations, Berlin and Addis Ababa, will be visited for 1 week each.
NOTE regarding credit transfer
In accordance with GKWI, the course can only be credited toward the Industrial Engineering (M.Sc) degree program in the integration module, and in Sustainable Management in the elective module Focus on Ecology and Technology.
