JOINT LANDSCAPE DESIGN WORKSHOP - SHANGHAI JIAO TONG UNIVERSITY, CHINA / ROYAL MELBOURNE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, AUSTRALIA / TECHNISCHE UNIVERSITÄT BERLIN, GERMANY
In an exchange workshop between TU Berlin (TUB) and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), the two universities want to discuss their teaching and understanding of landscape architecture design. The students will design a specific project together and familiarise themselves with the country, culture and historical as well as current landscape architecture projects through additional excursions. The first part of the workshop will take place in Shanghai, China and the second part will be held at the TU Berlin in Germany. During the first workshop in China, the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) will also be present with students and actively participate in the design work.
