Die PiV Technischer Ausbau richtet den Blick auf den Metabolismus von Gebäuden: nach der Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur Ver- und Ent- sorgungsinfrastruktur sollen diese im Sinne des Entwurfskonzeptes gestaltet und veräumlicht werden. Ziel wird es sein, eine entwurfsintegrierte Planung des technischen Ausbaus zu erarbeiten. Die Veranstaltung bildet gemeinsam mit der PiV Gebäudeenergiesysteme das Modul „Projektintegrierter Entwurf Energie“.
Das Modul PiE Energie besteht aus zwei Teilen:
PiV Technischer Ausbau (FG GTE) und PiV Gebäudeenergiesysteme (HRI)

The existing structure Belgienhalle in the district of Spandau - Siemensstadt has
been out of steady use since 2002. Over the last two decades, significant changes
have occurred. The closure of Tegel Airport and the demolition of neighboring
industrial halls have reshaped the area. Additionally, the transformation of
Gartenfeld island into a residential and business area for approximately ten
thousand people is underway, with Belgienhalle poised to remain as a
cornerstone of its identity. Its future function will be pivotal in determining
whether the area becomes a sleeper city or a thriving social fabric. To rejuvenate
and repurpose this protected monument, we plan to implement a combination
of strategies.
